The RP techniques including :

The prototype can be sanded, glued, and painted, silk-screeen,and surface texture very similar to that of production materials.

Methodology of Rapid Prototyping
The basic methodology for all current rapid prototyping techniques can be follows:
1.A CAD model is constructed, then converted to STL format.The resolution can be set to minimize stair stepping.
2.The RP machine processes the .STL file by creating sliced layers of the
Model.
3. The first layer of the physical models is created. The model is then lowered by the thickness of the next layer,and the process is repeated until completion of Model.
4.The model and any supports are removed .The surface of the model
is then finished and cleaned.

CNC PROTOTYPE MANUFACTURING:
CNC machinging parts is the process by which material is removed from
a workpiece with Computer Numerical Control (CNC) equipment that
cuts away unwanted material .Machining is possible in real materials,
Parts are machined directly from your 3D CAD models.

RAPID SILICONE MOULD AND VACUUM CASTING:
Rapid tooling and Vacuum duplication
RTV Silicone rubber mould can be produced from the master made by the RP.After finished the SLA and CNC sample,Be sanded and polished to the Surface finished required of the part,than in turn to make the Rapid silicone mould.
Its application is mainly to produce plastics in small batch by vacuum and gravity casting method. The materials normally used are PU Epoxy.The batch size is from several pieces to over hurdreds.

Silicone Mold Advantage:
1. Fast tooling, normal 1 to 2 days to complete the mould.

3. Easy to release parts from the mould due to the non-stick property of the silicone rubber .

design, there are two main design stages, namely Conceptural Design and Detailed Design.
A. Conceptual Design
The stage of conceptual design is trying to formulate the design concept and considering all design alternatives.In this stage ,different designs of the products are proposed that are based on the design specifications.
B. Detailed Desgin
The stage of detailed design is to finalize the design with detailed dimensions and mould manufacturing requirements.such as surface finishing and tolerance.

REVERSE ENGINEERING
You can get the volume of a part, a tool or a mock-up thanks to the contactless laser machine. Then you generate a file such as cloud of points, surfaces, stl, catia ,pro/E or solidworks.
This process also call data collection.The 3D full automatic laser scanning machine,and 2.5D high accuracy projection measure machines.They can meet your new project requirement.
